INTRODUCTION
Organizations achieve goals by completing series of projects. Often, managers are not even aware that they are involved in a project!
This course covers the essential elements of projects management and illustrates important tools that managers should use in order to be successful in all their undertakings.

- All materials are made available through our Online Learning Platform
- Zoom sessions with the lecturers
- Students should commit approximately 5 hours of their time per week

Online delivery of curriculum materials and video interaction
Assignments:
In order to demonstrate an understanding of the course content, students will be required to submit short assignments at the end of the month.
